ETS NORD was named Manufacturer of the Year at the Go Global Awards conference

ETS NORD received the Manufacturer of the Year award at  ‘Go Global Awards 2023’ conference that was held in Rhode Island, USA in November. The Go Global Awards is an initiative of the International Trade Council (ITC), aiming to recognize companies and organizations contributing to economic development, innovation, and technological and strategic advancements while being successful in export markets.

During the competition at the conference, each participating company had 10 minutes to pitch before an international jury and explain why their company deserves the award. ETS NORD showcased its innovative business model, leveraging IT tools to create optimal indoor climate solutions for buildings and managing them throughout the product lifecycle via a digital platform.

Approximately 300 companies worldwide competed for the awards this year. After receiving the award, Urmas Hiie, Chairman of the Board of ETS NORD said that it will undoubtedly help open doors in the U.S. market, where preparations for entry are currently underway. “As the markets in Estonia and Scandinavia are currently in a downturn for construction material manufacturers, we need to find new export markets interested in our equipment,” said Hiie. “We have a branch in Dubai, and there we have confirmed that our produced ventilation solutions for professional kitchens are competitive on foreign markets.”

The Go Global Awards offer several advantages for companies, including increased visibility and credibility, access to new markets and clients, opportunities to interact with other international business leaders, and the potential to find new investors and partners.
